風(fēng)淋室使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范（中英文對(duì)照完整版）

1. 目的 Purpose：

保證風(fēng)淋室正確、安全的使用，確保其使用壽命。

2. 范圍 Scope：

一般生產(chǎn)廠房無(wú)塵車(chē)間。

Clean room of company.

3. 職責(zé) Responsibility：

所有進(jìn)出風(fēng)淋室的人員。

Air Shower in and out of all the staff.

4. 操作程序 Operating Procedures：

4.1 進(jìn)入無(wú)塵車(chē)間時(shí)使用風(fēng)淋室操作方法：

Into the use of clean room operation of Air Shower

（1） 人員由非潔凈區(qū)走到風(fēng)淋室外門(mén)

（2）打開(kāi)外門(mén)，進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室后隨后關(guān)閉外門(mén)

（3）按語(yǔ)音提示經(jīng)過(guò)紅外感應(yīng)器感應(yīng)區(qū)雙門(mén)自動(dòng)上鎖，風(fēng)淋室風(fēng)機(jī)起動(dòng)開(kāi)始吹淋

（4） 按設(shè)定的時(shí)間吹淋完后，按語(yǔ)音提示打開(kāi)內(nèi)門(mén)進(jìn)入潔凈室

Time set by the wind after the shower,according to the voice inside to open the door into the clean room.

4.2 注意事項(xiàng) Notes

4.2.1進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室前需看清里面是否有人（風(fēng)淋系統(tǒng)工作時(shí)，不能用力使勁去推拉門(mén)，更不能強(qiáng)制性地將門(mén)打開(kāi)，否則電鎖會(huì)被損壞）<如圖5>。

4.2.2進(jìn)出門(mén)時(shí)不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后傷人（如圖7）。

4.2.3進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室后需先將門(mén)關(guān)好后再站在感應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)，尤其是多人一起進(jìn)入的時(shí)候，關(guān)好門(mén)后再去感應(yīng)并啟動(dòng)風(fēng)淋門(mén)。

4.2.4站在風(fēng)淋室內(nèi)接受風(fēng)淋時(shí)不要避開(kāi)風(fēng)淋（如圖4）。

4.2.5嚴(yán)禁任何非專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)備人員對(duì)風(fēng)淋室的任一技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整設(shè)置(如圖1)。

4.2.6不可隨便更改風(fēng)嘴的吹風(fēng)方向。

4.2.7進(jìn)出門(mén)時(shí)必須輕拉推門(mén)把手，不要將門(mén)的開(kāi)度打開(kāi)至極限，以免造成門(mén)、門(mén)鎖、閉門(mén)器的損壞。（如圖2）

4.2.8大件物品，如料車(chē)、推車(chē)等進(jìn)出不可走風(fēng)淋室（如圖6），需走另一邊的大門(mén)。

4.2.9設(shè)備部設(shè)備人員應(yīng)每日點(diǎn)檢風(fēng)淋室的運(yùn)行狀況，若有異常，及時(shí)上報(bào)工程師處理。

Department of Equipment employee should be checked daily at the Air Shower operation, ifunusual, reported in a timely manner to deal with engineers.
